    Best upscale restaurant on the Illinois River...a Must Go To whether you're coming off the river to driving down the road. Great atmosphere, Great Food, Great Service and a Friendly Staff.

    Harpers is open 11a-10p on Fri & Sat and 11a-9p Sun - Thursday. Trying to get google to change those hours!!!

    This place serves excellent food. Cocktails are amazing as well. Our waiter was very cool on totally on the ball. And I feel really bad that I don't recall his name. Victor the owner takes very good care of his guests. He's a new owner/manager - so service and food is GREAT again!
